By using OpenTalent’s ‘invite-only’ talent marketplace, companies can post jobs to find freelance or permanent hires. Posting a job is FREE, but upon successful placement, companies will pay a 'Finder’s Fee'. The idea of a Finder’s Fee is to create a simple, transparent one-off fee for a placement that companies i) can set themselves and ii) only paid upon success.

How Does It Work?

A Finder's Fee is an amount that companies pay OpenTalent for finding future freelance hires, or permanent employees. Consider it a 'recruitment' fee, but fixed and limited to any amount between €1.000 en €15,000.

Finder's Fees are paid only if OpenTalent finds a candidate for a company, and the company ends up working together with that person. If the placement was referred by someone from the OpenTalent community, then the Finder’s Fee gets splits 50/50 with the referring person.

For example

Naturally, the higher a Finder's Fee, the more likely people will search in their personal networks' to reach out to candidates and invite/refer them.
