Payouts: Talent Matcher Program

The Talent Matcher Program operates on a commission basis, enabling recruiters (Talent Matchers) to submit candidates for available roles on our platform and earn commissions upon successful placements.

Commission structures vary based on finder's fee or a percentage commission on the candidate's salary:

Commission based on Finder's Fee:

Clients may specify a finder's fee for available jobs. This fee represents the compensation the client is willing to pay the Talent Matcher for sourcing suitable candidates. Finder's fees are clearly stated on the job listings, and Talent Matchers are informed of them by OpenTalent before sourcing begins. In cases where a finder's fee is specified, it serves as the commission for that particular job.

Percentage Commission-based Structure:

In the absence of a finder's fee, a percentage commission structure is applied. Successful Talent Matchers receive commissions based on the following tiered structure:

Silver 30% 1
Gold 40% 2 (1st hire at 30% and 2nd hire at 40%)
Platinum 50% 3 or more (1st hire at 30%, 2nd hire at 40%, 3rd hire onwards at 50%
