• Talent Matcher Community Access: Engage with a vast network of 1000+ Talent Matchers across Europe. You can independently source roles or collaborate with Talent Matchers on a commission (finder’s fee) basis.
• Exclusive Supplier Account: We know that finding the right candidate from your existing pool of talents may be a logistical nightmare and hence we intend to provide you with your own private talent pool on OpenTalent, ensuring quick matches every time you post a vacancy. You only need to upload the candidate profile on OpenTalent once and we will take care of the candidate matching every time you come up with a new job.
• Advanced ATS Features: Monitor candidate progress with ease - from application to interviews and more. The candidate timeline feature ensures you have a clear history of each candidate's interactions with companies.
• Faster Payment Cycles: We recognize the challenges of elongated payment terms. As part of our commitment, we will fast-track your payments, ensuring you receive your commissions within 15 days. We will take care of the payment follow-ups with your clients.
• Simplified Invoicing: Streamline your invoice management by sending all your invoices through OpenTalent, and you will never have to worry about managing multiple invoices for multiple clients. This will also enable faster payment cycles for you as discussed in the previous point.
• Professional Email ID: If needed, we'll provide you with a professional email ID to enhance your professional communications with prospective candidates and clients.
