The OpenTalent Energy program is designed for independent recruiters and recruitment agencies to source candidates for technical roles in the energy sector. These roles are exclusively for our energy clients in the Netherlands and Belgium, operating on a no cure no pay basis.
Recruiters will source for technical positions such as engineers, mechanics, technicians, work planners, asset managers, project coordinators, and technical consultants within the energy sector.
Independent recruiters and agencies with proven experience in placing technical candidates, especially in the energy or related sectors, are eligible to join. There are no certification or prerequisite requirements.
All candidate submissions must be made through the OpenTalent platform. The platform allows you to submit profiles and track updates on their status.
No, this program is exclusively for OpenTalent Energy projects. For roles outside this sector, different terms and commission structures apply, as specified in their respective job descriptions.
Recruiters will receive 50% of the net fee earned by OpenTalent for successful placements in OpenTalent Energy roles. For other projects, the commission specified in the job description will apply.
Payments will align with the client’s payment terms and schedule. Typically, payments are made within 15 days after the candidate starts their role, as per the client agreement.
If a candidate leaves within a specific period as defined in the client contract, you may be required to replace the candidate at no additional cost.
For freelance and contract roles, commission payments will continue for up to one year or the candidate’s tenure with the company, whichever is shorter, based on the client’s payment terms.
Yes, OpenTalent will provide timely updates on the status of your submitted candidates, including feedback and any new developments.
