  2. Match candidates from OpenTalent to Your Jobs for Free Post your client’s job on OpenTalent and get matched with relevant candidates from our 45.000+ community at OpenTalent. Propose their CVs to your clients and hire them without any extra charges.*

  3. Close positions faster with the help of other recruiters. Post your roles on OpenTalent and collaborate with other recruiters by offering a Finder’s Fee. They’ll propose candidates to you, and you’ll pay the Finder’s Fee only when a candidate is hired by your client.

  4. Earn referrals on Candidates Invite candidates to join your community and build a pool of referred candidates. Whenever one of your referred candidates is placed OpenTalent role, you’ll earn a Finder’s Fee of €1.000.
