At OpenTalent we currently offer two services, each with different pricing models.
- DEDICATED SEARCH - call it as you want; Recruitment, Sourcing or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) - at OpenTalent we can help you find top talent anywhere across Europe.

For PERMANENT roles we charge a success fee per placement of 15% - 25% of a candidate’s annual gross salary. Rates vary depending on the type and length of an engagement. All engagements are based on No Cure No Pay.

For FREELANCER roles we charge an hourly fee of +€9 on top of a candidate’s hourly rate. Payments are done monthly. Discounts apply for projects that require multiple hires. All engagements are based on No Cure No Pay.
- SELF-SERVICE - we’re currently trailing a subscription plan for full access to the OpenTalent community and platform. Here, the idea is to provide companies, or independent recruiters, with an end-to-end platform to source talent directly i.e. without having to work with recruiters i.e commission-free! For companies, pricing start at €150 p/m and includes 3 user seats and 3 job slots. For the first 50 (independent) recruiters we offer full platform access at a fixed subscription fee of €50 p/m, which includes 3 jobs slots.
