Following are the pricing and financial structure for the Talent Partner program.

Platform Fee:

Amount: €50 /month

Purpose: This is a recurring fee you need to pay every month as part of the program. This is a mandatory fee for the program and it will give you access to the following -

  1. Uninterrupted access to our extensive Talent Matcher network (1200+ recruiters across Europe).
  2. Talent Pooling solution of OpenTalent where you will be able to create your private pool of candidates and manage them efficiently.
  3. Unrestricted access to our 28.000+ candidates from 12 high-skilled categories and in 29 countries across Europe.
  4. Your professional email ID at OpenTalent
  5. All other platform features (Instant Matching, Advanced filters/search, in-built ATS, Messenger service, and many more)

Think of this as a nominal subscription fee to tap into a rich resource of potential recruits, tools, and community support.

Distribution of commission

This commission structure will come into effect as and when you are successful in placing candidates as a talent Partner. Following are the suggested commission split -

Talent Partner: 85% of the total commission. This major chunk is allocated to you, recognizing your significant role in the recruitment process, whether it's your client or ours.

OpenTalent: 15% of the commission. This portion helps us manage, maintain, and further develop the platform, ensuring that we continue to offer top-notch services and facilities to our partners. We are also investing time and money in bringing new clients to the platform and this amount will help us strengthen our efforts in bringing in more clients and roles for you to work on.

Talent Matcher Commission (Finder’s Fee): If you decide to involve a Talent Matcher for a particular role, you'll set a finder’s fee. When a Talent Matcher successfully places a candidate, the agreed finder's fee will be paid to them. Importantly, this fee will be deducted from your (85%) portion of the commission.
