1.       Is the TM program a permanent position offered at OpenTalent?

The OpenTalent TM program is specifically tailored for freelance or in-house recruiters seeking to utilize their spare time to source candidates and assist us in recommending suitable candidates to our clients, all while earning extra income. This opportunity allows recruiters to work on a freelance basis, providing flexibility to work either full-time or part-time, depending on the number of roles they receive at any given time. It's important to note that this is not a permanent position offered by OpenTalent, but rather an opportunity for recruiters to engage in freelance work and contribute their expertise to our recruitment processes.

2.       Does this position require me to invest a minimum number of hours per day?

The level of commitment a recruiter wishes to dedicate to this program is entirely at their discretion. Even with a minimum of 10 hours per week, recruiters have the potential to present exceptional candidates who possess outstanding skills and qualifications.

3.       Do I need to sign a contract for the program?

Should a recruiter desire, we can facilitate an agreement for participation in the TM program. This agreement will outline the commencement date of the partnership and encompass essential terms and conditions pertaining to the program. Alternatively, we can transmit an email containing comprehensive information to the recruiter, which can be considered an official and legally binding communication from OpenTalent for reference purposes.

4.       Will OpenTalent provide external resources like LinkedIn Recruiter seats as part of the program?

Due to the overwhelming response to the program, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to offer external resources such as LinkedIn Recruiter seats to recruiters. Recruiters are expected to arrange their own sourcing resources and tools as needed.

5.       Is the TM program free to join or do we need to upgrade our account at OpenTalent?

Starting from June '23, it is now required to upgrade to the OpenTalent Premium membership in order to participate in the TM program. The Premium membership is available at a monthly cost of €9.99. Any discounts or free upgrades (if any) will be notified by OpenTalent as and when available.

i) Access to the Talent Matcher program, which enables you to receive job opportunities from our clients. You can source and propose suitable candidates for these roles, earning commissions in the process.

ii) Direct access to the OpenTalent community, consisting of over 22,000 vetted professionals across Europe. You can leverage this network to search for, discover, and present candidates to your existing clients. Additionally, there are no extra fees for presenting and hiring multiple candidates from our community within a month.
