Subscription
Talent Matcher program is a subscription-based program targeting community members and recruiters seeking sourcing opportunities through the OpenTalent platform. It is specifically designed for independent and in-house recruiters seeking suitable candidates for various positions/projects or looking for opportunities to source candidates for. The subscription fee is €9.99 per month, granting you full access to our vast community in 29 countries across Europe and a comprehensive access to the TM program.

Talent Matcher program comes with the following features:
- Exclusive jobs/roles to source for from our clients.
- Full access to candidate profiles (from our community of +28.000 members).
- Ability to connect with any candidate.
- Option to download CVs.
- Advanced Search capabilities.
- Direct chat with OpenTalent.
- Early access to all new features and benefits.

Subscription Period and Cancellation
The subscription to Talent Matcher Program is flexible with no lock-in period and can be canceled at any time. Once canceled, your subscription will remain valid for 30 days from the date of the last payment.

Messaging Service and Guidelines
OT Premium provides an in-built messaging service to connect with potential candidates or future team members. Please note that you must adhere to our messaging guidelines, which are in place to protect the privacy and experience of all community members.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to the subscription will be governed by the laws of the Netherlands and settled in its courts.

Amendments
OpenTalent reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
